Richard Twining
Quantity Surveyor
Richard graduated as a Quantity Surveyor in 1989 and gained his Chartered status in 1992. Richard has had the pleasure of working across all sectors of the industry over his 30+ year career and now specialises in the pre-contract stage of quantity surveying by carrying out budgeting, cost planning and preparation of tender documentation. Richard is an integral part of team in ensuring the clients vision is within their budget. His extensive experience is hugely beneficial when guiding clients with value engineering options as and when they are required.
Richard utilised his skills of the industry when he relocated to Shropshire 20 years ago by self-converting a barn. His children have now fled the nest but he enjoys his leisure time with his wife and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Having bought a motorhome in recent years Richard enjoys exploring the countryside and travelling further afield and excels in working remotely.
