NORTH LONDON – DEMOLITION OF EXISTING AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW MODERN FAMILY HOME

SG Consulting are acting as Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Quantity Surveyors and on this modern Ben Adams Architects scheme. 

 

BANKSIDE, LONDON – CATEGORY B OFFICE FIT-OUT

Morgan Lovell have been appointed on this 12 week Category B office fit-out located in central London. This high-end scheme will incorporate a gymnasium, terracing, living & curved glass walls and multi-media conferencing facilities.  SG Consulting are acting as Employer’s Agents and Quantity Surveyors.

 

OLD JEWRY, LONDON – DEMOLITION OF EXISTING AND NEW CONSTRUCTION OF COMMERCIAL AND RETAIL SPACE AND A NEW ARCHIVE FOR A LIVERY COMPANY 

Stanton Williams and Sonnemann Toon are the Architects on this £30 million scheme which is being built by Knight Harwood. Hanover Cube are the Development Managers and SG Consulting are Project Managers and Employer’s Agents. Due to the location and potential historical interest of the site the demolition works are required to be carried out in a systematic and sensitive way whilst being overseen by a team of archaeologists.  

 

ESHER, SURREY – ALTERATIONS AND REFURBISHMENT TO AN EXISTING RESIDENTIAL DWELLING

Ascot Design are the lead consultants on this £1.5 million refurbishment project, Vasari London are acting as Project Managers and SG Consulting are Quantity Surveyors. The works comprise of a new entrance hall extension complete with a turret roof, extensive new joinery & specialist high-end finishes throughout. 
 

 

VIRGINIA WATER, SURREY – NEW BUILD RESIDENTIAL HOME

This £4 million scheme is being carried out by EAB Homes and has been designed by Ascot Design. The scheme comprises of a master bedroom complete with his and hers dressing rooms and master bathroom, four further en-suite bedrooms, a golf simulator room, garaging and landscaping works.  SG Consulting are acting as Quantity Surveyors on this beautiful new home. 
 

 

THATCHAM, BERKSHIRE – INTERNAL ALTERATIONS AND FIT-OUT OF AN EXISTING APARTMENT  

Morse Webb have re-designed this existing apartment to modernise the living space and create a more fluid design. The 20 week programme is being carried out by Grangewood Southern and SG Consulting are acting as Quantity Surveyors.
